Consultant - Support Engineer
As the Managed Services for Florida-based power utility company
support engineer for WMS Storms application must possess strong
Business Communication skills to interact with the client and
business end users in order to solve production issues of different
severities. Must also provide support for Production critical
issues by analyzing and providing quick solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Support for Production tickets by analyzing and providing quick
• Manage assigned tickets in client ServiceNow tool and work with
ARM Product group and STORMS Support team to replicate and fix
• Have strong business communication skills to interact with Client
and Business end users to solve production issues.
• Manage and facilitate triage call to find the resolution for
Severity 1, Severity 2 production issues.
• Ability to generate existing spot check reports and modify the
existing PLSQL scripts, Power Builder code.
• Attempt to duplicate problems and define root causes, using
product designs, code, or specifications.
• Once a cause is identified, plan and create a fix for the issue,
depending on what caused the problem.
• Direct operations interface between CGI Onshore support and CGI
product center (support, maintenance)
• Communicate work around resolutions for tickets where necessary
• Ensure release notes are complete and identify the impact to
• Provide support to the CGI Onsite Application Analyst for
assistance with production outages.
