Job Description Full-time opportunity for an Administrative
Assistant in Boca Raton.
We are a large, fast-paced Property Management company seeking a
talented and professional individual to meet the following
- Must be able to multi-task with ease (this is a large
multi-portfolio) - Must be a team player - Excellent verbal/written
skills required - Excellent organizational skills with good follow
up required - Must have good computer skills including Word/Excel -
Must be available to work extra hours on occasion
Candidates must be professional and reliable. Candidate must
possess the qualities and history of working as an administrative
assistant including, excellent communication, letter-writing,
problem resolution, follow up, etc.
Employment with our company is contingent upon successful
background, drug, and MVR screening.
