Your role:

  • As a Sr. Director you will be a key member of the executive management team and report directly to the President, tposition is responsible for leading the client development team to grow the business in line with the company's strategic initiatives and core values
  • Build and maintain a positive and effective culture by living, communicating and leading through CHG's core values
  • Lead both the Client Development team and Client Transactional team in partnership with current leaders on the team
  • Responsible for large client relationships. Uses influence within the organization to get appropriate focus on customer experience, deliverability and P&L results
  • Proactive customer networking and development - at the C-Suite level
  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and motivate sales teams to execute growth plans in line with the company's strategic initiatives. Coach teams and leaders to optimum performance.
  • Implement strategic plans to meet divisional financial and non-financial goals and objectives
  • Participate in the development and execution of divisional budgeting process and business plans.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives
  • Runs voice of customer programs, and integrates into strong long-term strategic plans
  • Maintains visibility of top-level client results reports quarterly to executive team
  • Responsible for market monitoring for healthcare trends client side. Develop a partnership with corporate BI and BD teams and orchestrate a periodic report of trends in the market to executive team and client/sales teams
  • Utilize employee/customer feedback and financial/activity data to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses, implement change and allocate resources appropriately
  • Create positive energy and inspires others to follow
