Administrative/HOA Office Assistant to Property Manager

Job Description:

Full-time position onsite at condo/HOA office in Boca Raton available. Experience in Property Management and Community Association Management preferred. Punctuality and reliable transportation essential.

Assist property manager and Board of Directors with following duties:

-Answering phones (very good customer service skills required)

-Handle resident issues and complaints

-Manage office, filing, mailings, etc.

-Good computer skills (Google, MS Word, Excel, Windows 10)

-Proactive and excellent daily attitude, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented and self-motivated

-Work effectively with property manager, staff and Board of Directors

-Communicate regularly with the Board of Directors, residents, and contractors

-Coordinate scheduling of contractors, attend meetings when necessary

-Generate letters and correspondence

-Process paperwork, work orders, fax and e-mails

-Process daily general office tasks as assigned by BOD and manager

-Excellent verbal and writing skills required

-Must be a team player, excellent organizational skills

-Project background a plus

-Experience with TOPS or Appfolio software a plus

Compensation: $13.00-$15.00 per hour
