Environmental Management System (LEMS). Coordinate program
training and orientation for Lennar associates and monitor and
evaluate compliance with company policy. Interact directly
with Division Environmental Managers, legal department, middle and
upper level management.

- Direct and
coordinate LEMS Environmental Management Reviews/Audits for the
region in accordance with company policy. Develop and train the
environmental management review team, coordinate the audits,
interpret findings, assemble and present the results and
recommendations to management.

- Develop and
present information to Lennar’s subcontractor’s management
personnel to demonstrate Lennar’s expectations for contract
compliance with the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans

consistent quality standard throughout the region in meeting
regulatory requirements for dust control and storm water

- Four (4)
years minimum experience with soils and/or erosion
degree in agriculture, civil or environmental
management/engineering, geology, geography, soil science, natural
resource management or a related field is preferred. Previous work
experience will be considered
understanding of construction practices desired
knowledge of laws and regulations relating to the Clean Water Act,
Clean Air Act, and air quality regulations are required
Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) or
individual who is qualified to take the exam
to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
communication, writing, and organizational skills
and positive attitude is required to interact with all division
personnel and/or regulatory agencies
- Travel will
able to operate a motor vehicle, read building plans, climb stairs,
bend stoop, reach, travel on uneven and unpaved surfaces, lift,
move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50
pounds. Finger dexterity will be required to operate a
computer keyboard and calculator. Air and vehicular travel
and overnight stays will be required.
