Accountable to ensure effective marketing department operations
by prioritizing resources towards the largest goals and
opportunities. Facilitates collaboration to achieve better
performance, business prioritization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
This is a corporate based role.
+ Envisions, manages, and oversees the everyday operations of
the marketing department.
+ Identifies, enhances, and documents marketing processes and
strengthens interdepartmental and cross-functional
+ Manages deployment of marketing content across all owned
assets (online/offline) to maximize customer impact and leverages
tools (e.g. calendars) to facilitate alignment between
+ Provides ongoing analytics and reporting on the effectiveness
of our marketing efforts.
+ Manages new and existing vendor relationships to ensure
seamless operations and business continuity.
+ Using performance reporting and external benchmarks,
identifies and recommends marketing opportunities. Assists
marketing leaders in the design and execution of large
+ Offers "hands-on" assistance to execute and alleviate high
demand when needed across the department.
+ Manages direct reports and recruits and trains new employees
as needed. Facilitates the performance management process
throughout the year, providing timely feedback to staff.

Education / Experience / Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Operations, from a
four-year college or university and a minimum of 6 years marketing,
business, or sales operations experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
+ Marketing operations and process enhancement experience.
+ A minimum of 3 years managerial experience leading and
managing direct reports.
+ Strong collaboration, communication and influencing
+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
+ Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) required.
+ Advanced skills in both Microsoft Excel and CRM, preferably
Salesforce required. Intermediate skill level required in other
Preferred Skill and Certificates:
+ Six sigma or other project management qualifications desired
but not required.
+ Project Management or Marketing Automation certificate
