We are a growing agency, dedicated to selling and servicing personal/commercial insurance statewide. We are located in Boca Raton. We are seeking a candidate for a full time licensed customer service representative position that fits the great dynamic and environment we currently have at the office. Prior insurance and customer service experience necessary. Our ideal candidate would show the following qualifications:-ethical/trustworthy (insurance is a highly regulated industry)-reliable-responsible/timely-great multi tasker-respectful-can work under pressure-quick learner-good "people person" who can not only get along and build relationships with our customers, but also navigate complaints and tense situations effectively-efficient with tasks-quick with typing, data entry and computers-bilingual (english/spanish)-uses common sense and shows initiativeOur hours of operation are from 8:30am - 5pm.Salary/pay will depend on prior experience and abilities (between $15-$17/hr)We offer paid holidays, vacation time and performance bonuses.Job Duties/Reponsibilities Include, but are not limited to:-customer service (of existing and new customer base) by phone and in person-managing and entering data in the agency management system (QQ Catalyst)-completing renewal paperwork in personal and commercial policies-taking payments-creating daily and agency related reports-processing endorsement requests-generating commercial COIs-entering policy details-building customer rapport/relationships-educating customers on insurance options -documenting activity and reminders-etc.We are currently 3 people in the office, so maintaining a good environment is key for the agency to remain successful. We all have great work ethic and expect no less of a new team member.The greatest advantage of this position is the ability to learn from highly experienced agents in the industry and have them as mentors to have a future in a highly profitable industry.The agency is growing and will provide opportunities for advancement for those who work hard and seek them.
