Scheduling Management and Client Care Specialist - Home Health Agency Home Instead Senior Care, the world's leader in the personal care home health industry, is seeking a highly professional key player for our Home Health Aide Scheduling Management and Client Care Specialist role. Candidates with LPN are highly encouraged to apply as this is a great role to combine both clinical and non clinical aspects of health care management. The successful candidate must be composed, analytical, and capable of managing the logistics of staff scheduling and home health agency documentation management, using automated technology systems. The role will also field incoming new client service inquiries, conduct in home care consultations, and solve existing client concerns or issues with empathy and diplomacy. This role requires significant amounts of composure, influence and patience. Your workweek would consist of: * successfully optimize the efficiencies between CAREGiver availability and client schedules utilizing the ClearCare system. * professionally managing and documenting client concerns or issues * manage new client inquiries or prospect * periodically conduct in home care assessments for new client prospects * recommend efficiencies and improvement plans for the agency based on weekly review of key performance indicators and analytics/reports * office administration responsibilities requiring advanced levels of detail management and data accuracy Must be a team player, love to work with the senior population, confident, energetic, and willing to share in after hours "on call" responsibilities for emergencies. College degree or equivalent professional work experience required. Prior experience with ClearCare or other home health agency scheduling system is preferred. Florida licensed LPN strongly preferred. Knowledge of AHCA licensed personal care Home Health Agency operational regulations will allow for a speedy learning curve.
