The primary responsibility of the Sr. Director, Operations is to
directly oversee the operational success of key initiatives,
revenue support teams, process improvement and efficiency gains,
and provide thoughtful and impactful solutions using analytics,
technology, and metrics to drive positive outcomes for the Nurse &
Allied business streams. The Sr Director will effectively manage
and develop high-performing teams and operational processes, while
delivering solid structure, planning and execution to support key
projects and the strategic vision of the company.

Required Experience Bachelor’s degree or 5 plus years in
Healthcare Staffing or related field preferred.
Excellent leadership, management, and project lead skills.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in
identifying problems, creating solutions, and developing systems to
