Summary:

This position is responsible for shaping and leading core programs within the consumer / residential growth agenda and strategy. Responsible for partnering with cross-functional set of business leadership to define, align, and facilitate execution of the most important strategic (and cross-functional) bets the company will make. This position will support program design through root cause problem solving, conducting research and analysis and developing the strategic execution plan to position the company for long term sustainable growth.

The right candidate is a champion of insights, has the ability to influence across org. structures / functions, and exhibits autonomy to determine the tools necessary to solve tough problems.

This position will provide exposure to C-level initiatives and a longer term career path to transition into an operational leadership role if the candidate so chooses.

Qualifications

5+ years experience required

2-3+ years experience required at a management consulting firm with relevant projects focused on transforming sales organizations

Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field

MBA strongly preferred
