The Director, Consumer Sales Strategy and Analytics is
responsible for supporting ADT’s go-to-market strategy to the
organization’s sales functions including Residential, Small
Business and Custom Home channels. Utilizing contemporary methods
and data analytic tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of
our Consumer Sales distribution models; the Director is accountable
for supporting our overall sales organization performance, the
profitable achievement of sales goals, and ensuring sales
objectives with business strategy stay aligned. Jointly own
delivery of business results by partnering with Sales Readiness,
Sales Operations and Sales Performance Analytics teams on
implementation and execution of key Sales projects and initiatives.
Based in Boca Raton, FL, the Director of Consumer Sales Strategy
and Analytics reports to the VP.
Sales Strategy & GTM transformation
Rethink traditional paradigms in the security and automation
solutions industry and identify new, innovative sales strategies
and opportunities ahead of the competition
Shake up the conventional way of doing things to transform the
current sales model and “go-to-market” strategy, including Direct
and Dealer channels.
Support strategies with requisite analytics to justify changes
that will optimize GTM economics and seller effectiveness
Collaborate effectively with the frontline sales organization
and cross-enterprise business partners, including marketing,
operations and product management to ensure successful
implementation of transformation initiatives (e.g., organization
design, sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resources
deployment and retention).
Continuously monitor transformation effectiveness and partner
with ADT leadership team to report on progress and rethink plans as
Competencies Deep knowledge in the practical application of
advanced statistical methods to business applications.
Experience in business presentation and executive leadership
delivery communicating complex business analyses and conclusions
concisely and insightfully.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage projects
through to delivery
Highly adaptable in challenging and complex situations; able to
quickly assess situations and see both bigger and smaller picture
impact and takes quick action to address.
Use of disruptive mindset in driving innovation and discovering
game-changing solutions and fresh ideas
Strong financial acumen and understanding of the key business
Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and
collaborate internally and externally at all organizational
Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and
5+ years experience required
2-3+ years experience required at a management consulting firm
with relevant projects focused on transforming sales
Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field
