Modernizing Medicine  is delivering truly disruptive and transformative products and services that will impact the healthcare industry. The work we do makes a difference. Our web and mobile applications are transforming healthcare information technology to increase practice efficiency and improve patient outcomes. We offer end-to-end specialty-specific solutions from practice management, through EMR to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) that maximize office interactions, patient visits, collections and reimbursements.

Modernizing Medicine is seeking a National Sales Director-Specialty Launch. The role is to successfully launch new specialties by developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy for our SaaS based EMR and Practice Management solution. The Launch Manager will also build and manage dynamic sales teams to support launch activities.

Your Role:

Lead the sales planning and strategy for the go-to-market for new specialties

Attract, build and develop a sales team to launch new specialties

Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives

Utilize and refine digital market engagement tools to activate market demand

Lead and direct a group of territory managers to achieve their goals through coaching and mentorship

Monitor competitors' products, including relevant sales and marketing data

Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals

Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred

Successful SaaS launch experience

7-10 years experience (successful product launch and building a team)

Operational aptitude

B2B experience

Proven capabilities in creating repeatable, measurable sales models a plus

Experience with SaaS EMR products; relevant medical sales experience a plus

Previous experience working in a high growth technology industry a plus

Previous experience in senior sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization
