Our web and mobile applications are transforming healthcare information technology to increase practice efficiency and improve patient outcomes. We offer end-to-end specialty-specific solutions from practice management, through EMR to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) that maximize office interactions, patient visits, collections and reimbursements.

Modernizing Medicine is hiring a Director of Digital Marketing, who will be responsible for creating the B2B digital marketing strategy and executing programs that drive demand generation resulting in the acquisition of new target accounts and upsell of existing accounts. You will collaborate with agencies, internal marketing (account-based marketing, analytics, vertical marketing, content, creative, etc.) as well as our sales teams to drive toward your target metrics. You are an absolute master at marketing automation and have great experience in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or Marketo.

The Role:

Craft the strategy and manage the execution to target metrics through our SEM, SEO, Social, Content, Display and other digital marketing channels.

Optimize account performance through analytics, testing and experimentation.

Consistently monitor company’s organic keyword rankings and provide monthly content suggestions for enhancing the company’s position on specific keywords.

Create keyword, creative and landing page strategies and work with our content and creative teams on continuous A/B testing and optimization of all elements with the goal of driving higher conversion rates, leads and opportunities.

Socialize your strategy and execution plans with key stakeholders in the company.

Skills & Requirements:

7-12+ years in a B2B digital marketing role accountable for driving lead, accounts and opportunities at target Cost Pers.

Proven experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes.

Experienced targeting small to medium businesses with programmatic digital advertising, custom audiences, display, etc.

Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools.

Proven hands-on experience executing campaigns directly on Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook and other digital channels.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Data modeling experience a plus.

Intimate knowledge of different ad sizes, formats and creative requirements for different platforms (display, social, Google, etc).

Proven experience working with creative teams to produce, test and optimize digital creative assets for integrated digital campaigns.

Ability to explain complex concepts, technical information and data insights to executives and other internal stakeholders.

Experience with Salesforce.com, Pardot, Demandbase, 6sense, Marketo (or another MAP), Bizible, Terminus, Engagio highly desired.

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and prioritize accordingly.

Proven results in driving traffic, accounts and leads to B2B websites, increasing conversion rate and increasing organic rankings on keywords.
