The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the
highest level of customer satisfaction during order taking,
dispatching, scheduling of drivers and deliveries, delivery
efficiency monitoring, and inter-departmental communications.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Successfully complete training (to be provided).
*Comply with all company's Safety Policies, attend department
and site safety meetings, participate in safety committees and
programs (Near miss reporting, STAs, Workplace Exams, Pre-Shift
*Take orders, schedule, dispatch and establish strong customer
*Maintain efficient delivery controls through proper scheduling
and accurate order entry into the dispatch system.
*Monitor external factors such as weather and traffic to ensure
optimized routing of resources.
*Resolve transportation conflicts and handle unusual and
difficult customer complaints.
*Provide customer support and ensure maximum satisfaction.
*Employ problem-solving techniques to resolve complex
*Develop professional criteria of when to engage other
*Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills with
customers and other departments.
*Successfully handle +100 calls in a shift.
*Work in a team setting and achieve team and company goals.
*Multi-task and complete daily workload in a timely fashion.

*Must have an Associate's degree or concrete dispatch
experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
*Safety focused and able to participate in safety-centered work
*Logistics experience of moving products from Point A to Point B
and 1-3 years of experience in a Dispatch Call-Center is
*Excellent communication skills with professional decorum over
the phone, as well as written.
