Commensurate with experience Hybrid Compensation: $75,000 -
$150,000 Responsibilities: We are seeking a motivated Real Estate
Attorney with at least 1–3 years of foreclosure experience to join
our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
foreclosure matters and be comfortable handling high-volume
caseloads. Responsibilities Include: Oversee foreclosure cases from
intake through entry of Final Judgment and sale Review and approve
Complaints, Amended Complaints, motions, and notices Review title
updates, including confirmation of Lis Pendens recording Review
demand letters for legal sufficiency and compliance Review estoppel
letters for accuracy and legal completeness Review drafted payoff
and reinstatement letters Evaluate and respond to title claims as
needed Attend contested and uncontested hearings and trials Assist
with the completion of client reporting Correspond with opposing
counsel and clients regarding matters handled by the firm Update
LPS, TEMPO, Noteflow, CaseAware, and other client systems,
including timely responses to client emails Qualifications: Juris
Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license and good
standing At least 1–3 years of foreclosure experience Strong
attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage
deadlines in a fast-paced environment Computer proficiency required
Outstanding research, negotiating, and communication skills This is
