Competitive Base Salary Up to $200K (DOE) Bonuses: Non-Discretionary: $5K for 1,800 hrs, $10K for 1,900 hrs, $15K for 2,000 hrs and Discretionary: Up to $20K depending on billables and originations Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matching 401k, PTO Work-Life Balance: Clear bonus benchmarks and recognition for performance Hybrid Remote Job Details Represent debtors, creditors, trustees, committees, and asset purchasers in bankruptcy proceedings Handle Chapter 7, 11, 13, and 15 cases, including complex business reorganizations and cross-border insolvencies Litigate adversary proceedings and contested matters in bankruptcy court Structure and negotiate workouts, forbearance agreements, and bankruptcy plans Manage asset sales, Section 363 transactions, and receivership matters Advise clients on distressed debt, liquidation strategies, and compliance with bankruptcy code Collaborate with attorneys in related practice areas, including real estate, corporate, and litigation Looking For: J.D. and licensed to practice in Florida 3 years of experience in bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring law Proven experience handling Chapter 11 reorganization and creditor-side litigation Background in assignments for the benefit of creditors and receiverships Experience representing trustees, committees, or purchasers in bankruptcy transactions Interested in hearing more?
