Ged Lawyers, a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm, seeks a highly motivated Legal Assistant - Hearing Scheduler for their PIP (Personal Injury Protection) Department in Boca Raton, Florida.

Responsibilities:
--- Schedule special set hearings and depositions
--- Schedule Mediating/ Settlement conference with opposing counsel and mediator
--- Schedule Examinations Under Oath
--- Schedule Recorded Statements -
--- Schedule Global Mediating (for multiple companion cases)
--- Confirm Calendar for the next day with participants
--- Conference calls with JA & opposing counsel's office to coordinate each hearing
--- Input hearing into Litify
--- Scheduling for multiple attorneys
--- Prepare Notices of Hearing
--- Online hearing scheduling in and outside of the Tri-County area
--- Miscellaneous scheduling
--- Draft notices of hearing
--- Knowledge of Judges' procedures and his/her suspension dates

Qualifications:
--- Prior law office scheduling experience required
--- Litify/case management experience a plus
--- Knowledge of Judges' procedures a plus
--- 2-3 years of scheduling experience
--- AA or BS degree a plus
--- Able to work in the office in Boca Raton, FL
