Our client, a great consumer-facing company, is looking for an attorney to join their in-house Legal team. This company is innovative and incredibly successful (and growing). It is truly an exciting time to join this company.

This Legal role provides the opportunity to work on all aspects of in-house law, including contracts, real estate, employment, corporate/M&A regulatory needs, municipal law experience is a plus, and quarterbacking outside counsel. This is a true in-house generalist role.

This company is looking for a strong candidate who has at least 7-10 years of firm AND in-house experience, with strong communication skills (both to internal clients and external parties). Strong attention to detail and driving processes are critical, and flexibility in managing multiple priorities and jumping into new activities. A "can do"/positive outlook and approach, an entrepreneurial spirit, and desire to work hard and grow with this highly successful business are all "must haves". Also required is admission to the FL Bar or In-House counsel exception designation.

***Candidates should be PRESENTLY LOCAL to the Greater Boca Raton area and have the ability to commute to Boca Raton daily***
