Job Description:
IT Integration Project Manager Functions •Act as a key liaison
between the school and the external IT provider. •Support the
implementation of IT systems across all school departments
(including Education and Finance). •Ensure that implementation
follows internal procedures and standards. •Assist with
configuration and execution of integration plans (no
decision-making authority on SOPs). •Verify data accuracy and
structure during system transitions •Analyze reports and validate
data setup for Power BI dashboards. •Provide support for
understanding and using applications (e.g., adding categories,
revising lists). •Ensure consistency and data integrity when
migrating from one system to another. •Pull data from systems and
help generate insights to support decision-making. •Position will
not involve server configuration or infrastructure-level work KPIs
& Key Deliverables •Support timely implementation of the
integration plan (plans already defined) •Ensure correct system
configuration aligned with project goals Requirements •Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
•Experience: 5 to 7 years in IT roles, ideally involving system
integration or implementation. •Prior experience as a Business
Analyst or similar support role for IT projects is highly
desirable. •Desired knowledge in Power BI (data validation, report
preparation, dashboard support), JavaScript, SQL. •Preferred
languages: Spanish and Portuguese Desired Candidate Profile •Proven
track record supporting system implementation or integration
projects •Strong communication and organizational skills
•Experience providing actionable insights through data analysis
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment

of 5 years of experience in IT roles, preferably involving system
integration or implementation? 3.Have you previously worked as a
Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting IT projects? 4.Are
you fully bilingual in English and Spanish? (This is highly
desirable.) 5.Do you have experience using Power BI, including data
validation, report preparation, and dashboard support? 6.Do you
have hands-on experience with JavaScript and SQL?
