Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Technical Support to
oversee a team of technical support engineers and manage customer
interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Tier 1, 2, and 3 support engineers, ensuring timely
resolution of customer issues
Provide assistance to customers through various support channels
and troubleshoot reported problems
Mentor team members and assist with training new hires on support
processes and policies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a software application support role,
preferably in ELM, GRC, Immigration, or Human Resources
software
Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or
relevant experience required
Highly dependable and professional with a positive attitude
Experience in managing and motivating a team
Participation in annual performance management processes
