A company is looking for a Genesys Contact Center Technology
Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, troubleshoot, and deliver Contact Center as a Service
(CCaaS) solutions
Build and maintain the contact center platform, including voice,
chat, and SMS
Design and implement integrations with Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience implementing and engineering enterprise-level
Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform (Genesys Cloud)
Experience building and troubleshooting workflows for inbound
voice, webchat, SMS, and social media
Functional knowledge of contact center historical and real-time
reporting and monitoring tools
Experience with custom integrations and applications using
vendor-provided APIs
Experience with SIP, SIPREC, and WebRTC
