Job Description:
A company is looking for a HR/Payroll Technical Support
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on technical issues related to supporting HR/Payroll, ERP,
Supply Chain, and other technologies within the Margin Improvements
group
Collaborate with support teams to improve customer service and
resolve customer cases
Interact with customers to understand concerns and details related
to technology issues
Required Qualifications:
2 or more years of applicable work experience
Experience in cross-functional teamwork and HR technology
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of professional software support experience (preferred)
Experience in HRP technology and enterprise technology
(preferred)
