Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct curated top-of-funnel candidate searches and thoughtful
outreach approaches
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role
requirements and team functions
Develop strategies for engaging top talent and provide an
exceptional candidate experience
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in technical sourcing, market research, or
recruiting in a fast-paced, high growth environment
Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
(Greenhouse is a plus)
Ability to establish effective relationships with candidates and
internal teams
Exposure to working with data and creative problem-solving
skills
Customer-focused attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
