Job DescriptionAs the Senior Technical Project Manager, you will have a track record of building and running complex software platforms. You're responsible for delivering exceptional results on time, on budget, and within scope. You will lead and coordinate multiple application development, and system integration projects pragmatically applying best practice software engineering techniques. You're responsible for all aspects of a project from initiation through production go-lives with a focus on both sound architecture and the ongoing operational management of delivered systems.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Champion agile project delivery methodologies and mentor delivery teams on the same
• Manage multiple projects that span both Product and Engineering teams
• Develop project plans with consideration for required resources, skills, and technical constraints
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities; track and communicate progress and risks to project stakeholders
• Monitor project budget and staff resources to ensure both stay within project budgets
• Establish standards and templates for project plans, budgets, skill set assessments, documentations ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a complex engineering and product culture
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or relevant work experience
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Modern application architecture including APIs, microservices, containers, queuing, logging/monitoring, zero-trust security, SQL/No-SQL datastores
  • Agile project planning (scrum, story pointing, grooming/backlog management, etc.)
  • Governed software deployment across multiple SDLCs with testing/rollback; CI/CD principles
  • Basic database concepts and SQL
  • ETL, BI and data warehouse programs
