Job Description:
We are hiring a Technical Customer Service Associate in our
inbound customer service 800-Line call center in Boca Raton,
Florida. This full-time opportunity is onsite full-time (no remote
work) and is responsible for handling technical calls to resolve
website issues for participants and contractholders via the
800-Line. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of web
navigation including troubleshooting and strong problem solving
skills, and enjoys working in a team environment. - -In this role,
you will be asked to do the following:
- Respond to incoming calls through the 800-Line and to emails
that relate to website issues and troubleshooting. - Assist
participants with setting up their online accounts and reporting
unresolved issues to the Company's IT department. Interact directly
with the Company's IT department to resolve participant's website
issues in a timely manner.
- Responds to incoming calls for Annuity Buyout participants and
fulfill their administrative requests. Fulfill phone request for
products and plan literature. Process non-financial transactions
such as address changes, email addresses, etc. Validate withdrawal
claims through the 800-Line and open cases in Salesforce. Update
Salesforce as required, refer callers to the Rollover Specialist
Department for prospect product information, refer callers to the
Withdrawal Call Center, Loan Department and Claims, and refer
callers to the Regional Offices where appropriate. Will only engage
in administrative activities. Will not process financial
transactions or engage in any sales related activities.
- Assist Participant Service management with special projects or
assignments which do not require FINRA registration.Qualifications
we are looking for:
- Excellent telephone voice, communication skills, and customer
service skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of web navigation including
troubleshooting and strong problem solving skills. -
- Must be able to work onsite in the office, an 8-hour shift
between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from
9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays, when needed. - Overtime pay
earned for all hours worked beyond 40 each week.
- College degree preferred.
- 1-year prior service experience preferred.We offer a base
