Location: Boca Raton, FLDescription: Our client is currently seeking a Database Administrator - I Description:Position will be Hybrid, onsite 1 day/week.Description:Seeking an individual with a strong background in Project Tracking tools that facilitate the Security Construction/Service Program . The individual will be responsible for tracking the milestones of security construction projects and investments. The ability to create automated applications to ease operator use and improve efficiency. Develop Reports for trend analysis and decision making. Develop event notifications in real time with trend analysis. Create program and project management tracking tools. Create construction tracking tools. Track and report capital budgets and allocations. Track and report capital plans. Create and publish project status reports. Maintain database integrity with corporate portfolio databases.You'll need to have:Bachelor's degree or three years of relevant work experience. Candidates need to have a deep understanding of Project tracking tools, dashboards, KPIs, programming knowledge to understand how to collect/move/copy the data with complex formulas and functions, integration skills with other software with web services or plugins for Construction projects and operations.Even better if you have:Two or more years of Smartsheet and File Maker Programming/ Administration and Development.Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.Systems Certification. Experience with multiple project and procurement systems. Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office/Google G-Suites.Strong written and verbal communications skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and matters is essential.Self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and the judgment to know when to seek guidance.Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and process high volumes of work in a timely and accurate manner.Ability to operate in a fast paced environment, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.Job Duties:Working with the Corp Security Management Team on a wide variety of Programs and Projects. Tracking Milestones, Providing Analytical Measurements. Creating Dashboard/KPIs including building connectors to merge data between different software platforms.
