Job Description Job Description We're Hiring | Formulation Chemist We are seeking a hands-on Formulation Chemist to join a growing chemicals team focused on developing high-performance, compliant products used across agriculture, consumer, and specialty applications. What you'll do: Develop and optimize chemical formulations for stability and effectiveness Conduct laboratory trials, analyze results, and resolve formulation challenges Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to support new product launches Improve existing formulations based on testing and customer feedback Ensure formulations meet safety and regulatory standards What we're looking for: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in formulation chemistry Strong knowledge of organic and analytical chemistry Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and data analysis Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with clear communication skills Position details: Full-time, on-site role Standard weekday schedule Bonus opportunities and benefits included Company Description W3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
