Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team. Responsibilities: You will provide evaluations and treatment interventions within the scope of practice established by law and professional code of ethics. You will assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and participate in the development of the total plan of care. You will provide purposeful and skilled therapeutic care at patient’s home, using procedures and techniques to produce a change in condition/function consistent with the physician’s plan of care. You will prioritize caseload, determine daily staffing needs and coordinate assignments/handoffs. Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Licensed Physical Therapist Master's Degree, or bachelor's degree Must have at least 1 yr PT experience No Travel Required Schedule: Full-time • Days (Rotating Weekends) Duration: Full-Time Permanent Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
