An ADP client is currently seeking an experienced individual to be
our next Payroll and AR/AP Specialist to join our team in our "NEW"
location in Boca Raton, Florida 33486.

The restaurant was founded in Uruguay in 1909 and is known
internationally for its cuisine that uses organic ingredients grown
from its own farms. The owner of Narbona, explains that the

is most important for us to showcase the ingredients used in our
dishes. We want customers to be able to pick up our homemade
products and recreate their favorite dishes at home."
About the Role:
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing all aspects
of time and attendance, payroll processing, payroll accounting,
payroll reporting, payroll compliance and other administrative
duties as assigned. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to
time and attendance, payroll processing, garnishments, responding
to government mailings, ADP system maintenance, off cycle payments,
terminations, and other administrative duties.What you'll do:
Ensure payroll increases and deductions are processed accurately
and timely.
Process terminations and final pay outs.
Process off cycle discrepancy pay outs.
Review in detail all changes and transactions before and after
payrolls are transmitted.
Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in
accordance with statutory requirements.
Lead and manage timesheet management and approval process prior to
each payroll period.
Support all internal and external audits related to payroll.
Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll.
Work collaboratively with the team to manage payroll workload to
meet operational requirements; ensure payroll is processed in an
accurate, compliant, and timely manner.
Manage and track Employees Vacation, Sick Time, and other
benefits.
Ensure all Government or other inquiries relating to Unemployment,
Liens, Garnishments etc. are responded to in a very timely manner
before the specified deadlines.
Verify new hire data entry, direct deposit, and paperless
options.
Maintain and audit employment records for accuracy in ADP.
Reporting in ADP Workforce Now for, payroll, human resources, and
accounting.
Respond to employment verifications.
Stay up to date on payroll law and keep management aware of
potential risks.
Work collaboratively with the accounting and human resources
departments.
Must be willing to work closely with existing HR Team representing
multi-state company to coordinate HR activities and HR operations
when not processing payroll.
Respond to employee inquiries timely and professionally.
Assist with AR/AP and general billing & invoice as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor or
management.
Our Perfect Candidate
Education and Experience:
Associate's degree in Accounting welcome, but experience is a
MUST.
2 to 3 years payroll experience required.
Experience with processing a multi-state payroll if possible.
Experience running payroll through ADP WFN preferred.
Experience running payroll for employees that receive commission
preferred.
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best
practices.
Good working knowledge of payroll wage and hour laws.
MUST be proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
Required Abilities and Skills:
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to
detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency working in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and
PowerPoint.
MUST BE fully Bilingual in English and Spanish including reading
and writing.
