A company is looking for a Technical Focused Recruiter to join

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements
and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process
Source, screen, and recommend candidates using behavioral-based
interviewing methods
Deliver a high-quality candidate and client experience,
representing the company as an employer of choice
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of recruiting experience
Strong decision-making skills
Knowledge of current sourcing strategies
Experience with an application tracking system, Paylocity a
plus
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
