Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Advocate - Payroll to join
their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customer interactions and troubleshoot time-sensitive
issues
Act as an advocate for customers, educating and counseling them on
system usage
Monitor system, identify and correct issues, and escalate as
needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years of business experience
1-2 years of customer service experience
Familiarity with HCM software and troubleshooting software
configurations
Ability to multitask, work independently, and solve problems
Prior experience transferring knowledge in a training environment
preferred
