  • Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures
  • Supervise the recruiting team
  • Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates
  • Enact plans for candidate engagement and activation of candidates
  • Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methodsQualifications for Recruiting Manager
    • Experience as an Agency Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant for an agency
    • Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
    • Experience with the use of applicant tracking software preferrably Bullhorn
    • Knowledge of social media and professional networks
    • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
