BASIC PURPOSE:

The Billing Coordinator is responsible for reviewing a high volumeof payroll/billing records weekly. They send weekly/monthly invoices. They areresponsible for quality control checks, employee/payroll liaison, updatingemployee files and preferences, updating billing contacts and preferences,assist with processing high volumes of weekly or monthly invoices, respondingto billing inquiries.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
---Assist during the field employee onboarding process
---Payroll data entry, as needed (late timesheets/servicelogs)
---Create payroll and billing reports
---Audit payroll reports and data entry for accuracy
---Reconcile and resolve timesheet discrepancies
---Process Field employee record changes
---Follow-up with employees and clients regarding missingtimesheets/service logs
---Enters reimbursements
---Enter sick and vacation hours
---Enter incidents
---Update employee files as necessary
---Update client billing contact information
---Assist with preparation/processing weekly and monthlyinvoices
---Send invoices
---Communicates with clients and employees regardingpayroll and billing inquiries
---Monitor payroll and invoice email inboxes
---Maintain timesheet records
---Quality control checks.
---Other duties and projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
---1 year of billing and/or payroll experience in relatedfield
---1 year of data entry experience required
---Bilingual in Spanish required
---Customer service a plus.
---Strong Computer/Technological skills usingMicrosoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
---Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
---Ability to communicate effectively.
---Strong time management and organizational skills.
---Knowledge and ability to work with word processing,spreadsheets, and database systems

Education:
---High School diploma or equivalent required.
---Some college preferred.
