Trustaff, one of the largest and fastest growing travel nursing and allied healthcare staffing firms, is looking to train motivated go-getters with customer-facing experience to be Travel Nursing Recruiters.

You'll place registered nurses on multi-week contract assignments at healthcare facilities across the country, either directly or through our managed service partners. This role is based in our Boca Raton, FL office, with the opportunity to go hybrid once you're trained up and meeting performance targets.

You'll bring to the table...
1 year of customer-facing work experience, with sales experience being ideal. You've influenced, listened, sold, served, and communicated on the phone or in-person.

Your drive to succeed and multitask in a fast-paced, sales results-oriented environment.

Persistence. You're optimistic - challenges only further motivate you!

A hunger to acquire new skills and learn new things.

Good practical tech savvy. You know your way around Outlook Email, Excel, and using the Internet. And you're quick to learn new software, such as our Bullhorn recruiting CRM platform.

Each day, you'll---
Recruit! Work the phone calling nurses to engage, qualify, and place talent in critical contract assignments in healthcare facilities via our robust database and through candidate referrals.

Build professional relationships with nurses as their travel career consultant and placement advisor.

Effectively communicate assignment options, benefits and negotiate employment terms with travelers to maximize the candidate experience. Get them to the job informed and happy!

Stay close to your placed nurses, resolving on-the-job issues, offering suggestions for their next opportunity, and effectively advocating and escalating as needed.

Efficiently submit candidates, track prospective and ongoing placements, negotiate nurse contracts, update database records, and maintain effective recruiting pipeline.

Compensation Range

$40,000.00 - $80,000.00
