About the role:Cartiga is looking for an experienced and results driven Sr. HR Generalist to align our HR initiatives and functions to business objectives and business needs. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, in which you will collaborate with management to enable measurable differences in employee focus and increase productivity. The Sr. HR Generalist will formulate partnerships with the Talent Team to facilitate the delivery of value-added services that reflect business values and objectives.The ideal candidate for this role should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management, be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.What you'll do:

  • Ability to provide support to all functions of Human Resources in a fast-paced and changing organization.
  • Resilience with people development & cultural changes/shifts, employee relations, staff training, planning & implementation, team building and HR administration. Focused on strategic business development, planning, forecasting, and streamlining.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to help spearhead people programs and strategies that enhance our culture, including, employee engagement and retention.
  • Enhance and elevate our performance management, goal setting, and learning & development programs.
  • Manage implementation and roll-out of benefits program and open enrollment; Manage & maintain vendor relationships benefits brokers.
  • Oversees off-boarding process; conduct exit interviews and using data, identify reasons for employee termination.
  • Collaborates with Learning and Development team in the execution of employee onboarding inclusive of a 30-60-90-day plan.
  • Deliver guidance and counsel on subjects such as employee leaves of absence, accommodations, Worker's Compensation, etc.
  • Drive employee engagement and keep policies and practices current.
  • Ensures and manages the successful execution of company policies, programs, and initiatives
  • Consistently models professionalism, maintains strict confidentiality, and leads by example
  • Ensures compliance with Company, local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as performance management, development, employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise.What you will bring:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 4-5 years Human Resource experience
    • Demonstrated high degree of professional maturity
    • Experience managing HR administer
    • Proven decision-making using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills
    • Collaborator and a team-player possessing a growth mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • A combination of HR experience in the following areas: performance management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, coaching and development, conflict resolution, data analysis, and employee relations
    • Experience with ADP, UKG, Bamboo or other HR Information Systems.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and intuitive sense of business acumen
    • A strategic, trusted, and proactive business partner
    • Effective Communication inclusive of verbal, written and presentation skills
