Our client is a world renowned private Equity firm seeking a Human Resources Partner/Analyst to help support the Head of Human Resources. Working closely with the other members of the Human Resources Team. The right person will be a driven individual with strong interpersonal skills and an excellent communicator who enjoys a fast pace environment.Responsibilities:

• Provide support, problem solving and human capital guidance to all managers and employees
• Ensure all internal HR operations follow federal and state employment laws
• Track and reporting on relevant employee data such as turnover, retention, etc.
• Partner with the full HR team on benefits administration, operations, and other necessary projects
• Work closely with recruiting team to improve upon existing programs and processes
• Manage candidate screening, scheduling, phone/video interviews
• Coordinate reference and background checks and onboarding of new employeesThe ideal candidate:
  • BA / BS or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of high volume, full cycle and complex recruitment experience
  • ADP/Workforce experience
  • Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills as well as tireless follow up and tracking abilities
  • Strong coordination capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
