We're looking for a Payroll & Operations Specialist to oversee daily operations including but not limited to payroll and accounting functions, ensuring transactions are properly recorded in our compliance system. Operations also include creating, reworking, optimizing, and/or automating company systems, and onboarding new agents in our busy real estate office. We are a growing startup with lots of opportunities for growth. If you're motivated and like being part of a fun culture, this is a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

--- Onboarding administration and liaison
--- Assist with recruiting and broker tasks
--- Financials and reporting

Qualifications:
--- Excel

--- Human Resources background
--- Highly organized
