Position Summary:
Responsible for providing support for acquired companies in the areas of Human Resources including but not limited to employee relations; bi-weekly payroll processing, benefit and payroll transition; Talent Accusation including recruitment; employee onboarding; training; and reporting. This position requires a high-level of customer service to acquisition employees and leadership teams daily. -The ideal candidate will be a diplomatic and empathetic individual with the ability to effectively handle difficult employee situations for acquired companies assimilating into a large corporate environment. -The position will report to the Director of HR Programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
--- - - -Pro-actively develops partnerships with former owners and acquisition leaders.
--- - - -Maintains HR M&A Microsite on ADT SharePoint site.
--- - - -Coordinates and ensures change management communications are executed timely.
--- - - -Collaborates and communicates with HR team and other appropriate stakeholders to ensure execution of HR Integration Strategy.
--- - - -Complete "data gathering" exercises with acquired companies for adding employees into Oracle HR, payroll and benefit programs.
--- - - -Owns end to end "manual" hiring/terminations and payroll processes including necessary Oracle system set-up and employee background checks until companies are fully integrate into ADT systems.
--- - - -Provides day-to-day counsel to acquisition leaders in employee relations, performance management, salary administration and regulatory and internal compliance programs.
--- - - -Maintains overall integration project plan and reports status of key deliverables.
--- - - -Assists in identifying training needs that support organizational growth or compliance and deliver training as needed.
--- - - -Maintains current knowledge of relevant human resources procedures and practices, and applicable laws.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience required
PHR/SPHR Certification preferred
Experience:
--- - - -Three (3) or more years of experience in Human Resources with demonstrated success in the areas of employee relations and HR generalist support required.
--- - - -M&A in areas of HR due diligence and implementation preferred
--- - - -Expertise in HR-related laws and regulations.
--- - - -Implementing HR programs and best practices that support and drive strategic business initiatives
--- - - -Demonstrated ability to meet goals while working under limited supervision
Skills:
--- - - -Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with former owners, acquisition leaders and HR Services and Operations leaders and employees
--- - - -Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
--- - - -High level of interpersonal skills and sound judgment to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
--- - - -Excellent communication skills with ability to develop clear and concise written and oral communications
--- - - -Ability to apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures in field of specialization.
--- - - -Interview stakeholders to understand key processes to build and maintain project plans
--- - - -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including intermediate SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel and PowerPoint skills
--- - - -Oracle HRIS and other HR support systems.
