As an American Traveler Payroll Specialist, you will be a key part of our Accounting department at our corporate headquarters in beautiful Boca Raton, Florida. We have a friendly environment, offer great benefits and provide opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Calculating hours worked and pay from timesheets in multiple formats
  • Entering hours worked into our payroll system
  • Recording reimbursements for licenses, travel, etc.
  • Importing employee information into our accounting software
  • Setting-up and updating employee information in ADP -
  • Contacting travelers regarding timesheets
  • Assisting travelers with payroll questions
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with travelers
    You will be working in a team environment where your contributions matter. -As a member of the payroll team your input will extend beyond customary payroll functions as you will also be a key go-to person within our organization.
    Job Skills / Requirements: -
    • Must be proficient using MS Office and Excel
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
    • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Highly self-motivated, flexible, and willing to help with multiple areas/responsibilities in the department
    • Professionalism and integrity with client satisfaction being a priority
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Experience with ADP's payroll system is preferred
    • Bachelor's degree preferred

        Due to COVID-19, this position will initially be remote. However, we do anticipate that in-office attendance will be required eventually. For that reason, we are seeking to hire only candidates local to the Boca Raton, Florida area. -
