Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Physiotherapist or Physical Therapist to join our elite private club in West Palm Beach, Florida . *Florida licensure is not required for this role, but you must have education/training in physical therapy. Candidates must be currently located in Florida and able to commute to our West Palm Beach location. Opportunity for seasonal employment January - April 2026 Position Overview This role supports our senior clinical and performance team by working directly with private training clients, assisting licensed physical therapists, and contributing to a high-touch, data-driven wellness environment serving a discerning clientele. Responsibilities Work with private training clients to improve strength, mobility, and movement quality Assist licensed Physical Therapists with: Therapeutic exercises Session flow Preparation and setup of equipment Conduct onsite performance and movement testing using advanced technology Accurately collect and present data to demonstrate client progress Collaborate with Senior Therapists and the Management Team to facilitate scheduling and client flow Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with a luxury private-club setting Qualifications Education or training in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy Strong foundation in orthopedics and human physiology Experience working with high-end or concierge-level clientele Background in fitness, sports performance, Pilates, or yoga (preferred) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to communicate professionally with clients, therapists, and medical professionals Must work within the scope of the role and under appropriate supervision where required Hours 20 (minimum) – 40 hours per week Compensation $24–$50 per hour , commensurate with experience $50-$70K Salary option available for full-time candidates (40 hours per week) Compensation may exceed stated range for exceptional experience Benefits To be discussed based on part-time or full-time status Opportunity for role expansion and full-time growth within the company How to Apply Please email your resume and a brief introduction to: hiring@sloanestecker.com Benefits: On-the-job training Work Location: In person
