We are looking for energetic upbeat talent to join our team in Boca
Raton, FL to handle all inbound and outbound customer service
calls. You will need to successfully resolve customers concerns and
billing issues, request payments, collect new payments, review home
warranty coverage with customers, mail invoices and term booklets,
update the CRM database and perform other tasks as needed. Our
Customer Service Reps will be responsible for retaining and
upselling customers.Preferred Requirements: Previous Customer
Service experience Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong
problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to
prioritize tasks and multitask. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Prior Sales a plusEducation and Experience:High school
diplomaPosition Type:Fulltime - 8am-8pm, plus every other Saturday.
(schedule times are based on seniority and business
needs)Compensation:Approx range is $35-50K a year (base pay,
commissions, bonuses and spiffs)Job Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00
