seeking a Customer Service Representative - Claims in Boca Raton,
FL. Earn an hourly rate at this full-time, temporary position. Job
Description:
- Assist the claims customer service call center by handling
inbound calls and responding to inquiries regarding claims
- Answers calls from Insureds, Public Adjusters, Attorneys,
Vendors, Agents and others regarding open and closed claims
- Responds to inquiries, answers questions, and provides claim
status information
- Updates claim notes documenting phone calls and action
taken
- Transfers callers to appropriate persons
- Respond to emails from Call Center regarding after-hours and
evening inquiries from customers on open or closed claims
- Other duties and administrative projects as assigned Job
Requirements:Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Florida 440 License
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the
insurance industry
- Experience providing customer service regarding homeowner's
insurance claims
- Good time management, organizational and communication
skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and
Outlook
- Florida Adjusters 620 license preferred
- Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred Contact Information:
