Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome members and guests according to standards.
  • Pull golf bags from storage and places them on golf carts ready for use according to club standards.
  • Place and store golf clubs according to each member or guest needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness, preparation, and safety standards of each golf cart.
  • Maintain cleanliness of cart barn, bag room, and surrounding work areas.
  • Ensure adherence to complete golf cart maintenance program.
  • Maintain records of damaged/broken-down carts for repair.
  • Oversee procedure for golf cart rotation.
  • All communication is conducted in professional manner according to guidelines.
  • Maintain professional appearance in accordance to grooming standards.
  • Be aware of and adhere to Royal Palm's policies and procedures.
  • Remain alert, courteous and helpful to the members and guests at all times.
  • Maintain the practice facility according to standard.
  • Bring any areas of concern or ideas to improve operation to the Head Golf Professional's attention.
  • Perform any other related duties as requested by supervisors. Education / Experience
    • High School Degree or G.E.D.
    • Ability to communicate effectively
    • Friendly and service oriented Qualifications
      • Must be able to effectively communicate in person and on radio
      • Golf Cart Certifications
        • Valid driver's license Other

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
