Job Details Position: Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist (Anesthesia job, locum tenens) Location: On-site in Jupiter, FL (33458) — Florida anesthesiology jobs Estimated Weekly Pay: $9,803 - $10,893 Employment Type: Locum Tenens Contract (ongoing need) Shifts per Week: 5 Shift Duration: 8 or 10 hours (Mon–Fri; 7:00am–3:00pm or 7:00am–5:00pm) On-Call: Beeper call required (weekday and weekend) Length of Need: Ongoing; minimum 13-week contract (opportunities for extension) Start Date: ASAP Perks: Catered breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks provided daily Qualifications & Requirements Board Certified in Anesthesiology (required) Active Florida medical license required (Florida resident candidates only; see separate posting for out-of-state applicants) Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an anesthesiologist; experience with broad perioperative case mix preferred Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, and PALS certifications Ability to provide 24 months of anesthesia case logs within 5 days of approval for credentialing 100% clean background (no clinical, legal, or pending disciplinary cases) Maximum of 10 hospital affiliations Must be available to work every week of the month and participate in beeper call coverage Epic EMR proficiency required Credentialing includes a clinical call with site leadership Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care across a broad case mix: general surgery, orthopedics, GI/endoscopy, robotics, OB, radiology, ophthalmology, plastics, ENT, and neuro (no trauma) Work within a multidisciplinary perioperative team model and collaborate with CRNAs and other anesthesia providers Supervise and coordinate care with CRNAs as needed Participate in beeper call coverage (weekday and weekend) Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic EMR Engage in clinical calls with site leadership during credentialing and onboarding Why This Locum Tenens Anesthesiology Role in Jupiter, FL?
