Job Description Pediatric Primary Care Physician Location: Boca
Raton, FL Compensation: $240,000 (Base Bonus) with Full Benefits
Join a thriving pediatric practice in one of Florida’s most
desirable communities. We are seeking a Board-Certified
Pediatrician to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in an
established, high-volume outpatient practice located in beautiful
Boca Raton . This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate
physician who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
and wants to make a lasting impact on children and families. Our
practice emphasizes personal, attentive care—from routine checkups
and immunizations to sports physicals and developmental
guidance—within a warm, family-focused setting. Position Highlights
Base Salary: $215,000–$230,000 (based on experience and board
status) Annual Bonus: Up to $10,000 Total Compensation: $240,000
Schedule: Full-time, outpatient only Daily Volume: 25–30 patients
Support Team: Dedicated front desk, scheduler, CMA, and a full-time
ARNP (4 days/week) Benefits Package Comprehensive health, dental,
vision, life , and disability insurance (STD/LTD) CME allowance:
$3,000 annually 5 CME days Paid time off: 3 weeks PTO 5 paid
holidays 3 sick days 401(k) with 4% employer match (eligible after
90 days) What We’re Looking For Board Certified in Pediatrics
Active and unrestricted Florida medical license At least 1 year of
pediatric outpatient experience (2 preferred) Strong clinical and
communication skills Committed to delivering high-quality,
family-oriented care Portuguese fluency is required This is an
