Job Description We're looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented professional with a positive attitude and excellent customer as well as exceptional hands on nursing skills. This role requires strong IV/phlebotomy skills as well as strong interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multi-tasking, have excellent communication skills, strong organization skills, the ability to think and plan ahead while contributing a helpful and positive attitude to our work environment. Integrity and a high regard for patient confidentiality are a must. Strong clinical skills and leadership abilities are essential to successfully support our high-profile clients. DUTIES Review and maintain medical records IV starts and phlebotomy Vitals, injection and vaccine administration Assisting in sedated and un-sedated procedures and other procedures Blood processing Maintain a safe, hygienic working environment Prepare rooms and maintain medical equipment Manage clients through visits and in office Follow up on client programs, care and recommendations Travel to clients homes/ office to perform blood draws and IV's QUALIFICATIONS Valid FL nursing license 3 years consistent IV starts 3 years consistent phlebotomy 3 years ER experience preferred Professionalism and maturity in appearance, speech and demeanor Highly organized with a dedication to follow through and an ability to anticipate a clients needs Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills Must be a team player and also capable of working independently Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Available to work overtime when necessary Must be reliable and punctual Strict HIPAA compliance and ability to maintain patient confidentiality BENEFITS: 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
