Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Nurse Manager
Medical Telemetry - Urgent Hire to join our team! You will be
responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of
assigned patients. Job Summary: The Nurse Manager organizes and
manages patient care functions on an ongoing basis. The individual
works to enhance patient outcomes through management of human
resources, staff education and monitoring of processes for
continuous improvement. The Nurse Manager is a role model for
excellence in quality care, customer satisfaction and quality
improvement and interacts with medical staff on an informal and
formal basis for the purpose of improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications: MUST HAVE MIN 2 YEARS RECENT CHARGE NURSE/CNC EXP.
IN AN ACUTE CARE SETTING Current Florida license as Registered
Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State
Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing
eligibility and duration provisions) Graduate from an accredited
School of Nursing Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment
start date Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment
start date Minimum 1 year current acute care hospital experience
Minimum 1 year experience as a full time charge nurse, Nursing
Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management SOB on a case by
