Overview Sage Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager to join our
team in East Boca Raton! If you have experience as an Office
Manager in a group dental practice or if you have been an Office
Manager in a busy, multi-dentist practice, this may be the position

Responsibilities Demonstrate strong leadership and team building
skills Effectively implement directives, policies, and procedures
Maintain efficient operation of the office to achieve performance
goals Effectively coach and resolve staff and patient issues
Qualifications Proven track record of providing excellent customer
service to all patients and visitors A minimum of two years of
experience managing a fast paced dental office Knowledge of dental
insurance plans 2025-8216
