Job Description:
Up to $20,000 Sign-On bonus based on experience Position Summary
Provides safe and effective nursing care to all patients utilizing
the nursing process. Administers and performs specialized nursing
care according to assigned unit and treatment for patient.
Specialized nursing care utilizes evidence-based practice in
accordance with professional standards. Responsible for the
direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering said
patient care. Adheres to the Florida State Nurse Practice Act. The
RN reviews orders/test results and documents care delivered
accurately and timely in the electronic health record. Who We Are

Minimum Requirements: Florida RN License, American Heart
Association, PALS, NRP, & BLS card Associates degree from
accredited Nursing program Preferred Minimum 1 year licensed
nursing practice on a NICU unit Bachelor's degree in Nursing LI-YQ1
Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding
mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this
position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will
be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval
of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If
you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will
be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the
