Up to $15,000 Sign-On bonus based on experience Position Summary
The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing
care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. The RN assumes
responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient
care based on need of the patient and family members. The RN
directs care according to established standards of safety, risk
management, Infection control, with the goal being to discharge the
patient with an optimum level of care provided. The RN utilizes
evidence-based practice in accordance with professional standards
and adheres to the Florida State Nurse Practice Act. The RN reviews
orders/test results and documents care delivered accurately and
timely in the electronic health record. Who We Are We are a

EDUCATION Minimum: Graduate of an RN program Preferred: BSN
EXPERIENCE Minimum: New grad eligible for hire Preferred: 1 year
experience as an RN REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION
Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida American Heart
Association BLS & ACLS required LI-NM1 Tenet complies with federal,
state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its
workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated
under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of
full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical
exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption
from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to
regular testing in accordance with the law.
